"Szprechasz" po angielsku? 
"Open the Start Menu, click on Run (or use the Windows Key + R shortcut). Type in %temp% (yes those % are supposed to be there) and hit Enter or OK. An Explorer window shoudl pop up with a bunch of stuff in there. Have a hunt around for a folder called KSPPatcher. If you find it, open it up. There's probably a whole lot of files in there, but if it finished the download, there should be a zipfile containing the latest version of KSP. Feel free to unzip that and start playing -- but remember to keep KSP out of your Desktop, Program Files, Documents and similar places. Best to throw it in C:\Games\KSP and if you need to run it from the desktop, just make a shortcut.
If the folder does not exist... Then you're going to have to create it. Just make a new folder called KSPPatcher. Once done, run the patcher again and see if it works."
